Return And Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, below are the steps :

  1. Whatsapp us at (+91) 7417947182 or email us at tomorawclothing@gmail.com. 
  2. Write us your reason to return and also images of the product received with the fault that you are claiming. 
  3. Wait for the return approval from our side( approval generally happens on the same day but in some cases might take 2-3 days ).  
  4. Once we approve you'll be sent a payment link of 200/- which is the approximate cost of delivery partner.
  5. Send us the screenshot of the successful payment in the above step. 
  6. We will arrange a return pickup for you which can take 5-10 days depending upon your location's reachability. 
  7. [Imporatant Step] : at the time of handing over to the pickup partner take the images and send us as a proof that you have sent the right product. This will help is transparency from both ends. 
  8. If the step 7 is completed, you will receive the amount the same day. 
  9. Incase step 7 is not done, you will receive the amount when the returned product reaches our facility. 

To start an Exchange, below are the steps :

  1. Exchange on orders placed during sales or with coupons/discounts is chargeable.
  2. If the received size matches the order but doesn't fit, exchange is chargeable like in the case of return (200, mentioned above) 
  3. If the reason for exchange is the buyer no longer wanting the item, exchange is chargeable as it falls in the same case as a return. 

Cancelation 
Contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases Whatsapp us at (+91) 7417947182 or email us at tomorawclothing@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used products or products without tags are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
